The new “Dogs Day Out” program is a great way to spend the day with a shelter dog. If you have wanted to volunteer or foster and you don’t have the time, this is for you. One afternoon out of your day to make a shelter dog so happy is all it takes. This program means you can take a dog out for the day to spoil it, take to the dog park, take for a walk or just take home and love it for the day. This program is great for those that live in an apartment and cant have a dog or maybe you just don’t have the time to have a dog of your own.

The dogs that will be available for this program will be those that are over 4 months old that have been fully vaccinated. If you have animals and are taking the dog to your house we will require that your animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on shots.

Dogs will be able to leave by 7am and will need to be returned to the shelter by 6pm. There is a short form that will need to be completed https://form.jotform.com/92536236520959 before you are able to participate. Also you will need to be over the age of 18.
